What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide store level support for sales programs, merchandising, and marketing initiatives

Develop relationships with store managers and associates for efficient communication

Monitor and report on store inventory levels and merchandising compliance

Perform product sales training and demonstrate equipment during events

Assist Territory Managers and National Account Managers with retail activities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate’s degree or relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role

Must reside within the assigned territory as determined by the employer

Strong interpersonal skills to build quality working relationships

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM data management experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Prior experience in rapidly growing industries such as appliances, agricultural equipment, or power tools

Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends during peak events

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs to set up displays for trade shows and events
