We’re looking for a

Sales & Account Manager

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building relationships, driving growth and getting things done. This role bridges account management, broker partnerships and sales operations for someone who is strategic and hands-on. Responsibilities

Account & Broker Management Act as the main point of contact for assigned brokers, distributors and retail accounts Manage broker partners with clear priorities, regular check-ins and follow-through on key initiatives Build strong relationships with key retail, foodservice and digital accounts to drive sales and grow distribution Review and pursue new business opportunities across channels in collaboration with the broader sales team Follow up on opportunities, check inventory and promotions, and look for upsell or placement gaps Complete new item submissions, promotional paperwork and product setup across distributors and retailers Maintain and update price lists, promotional calendars and sales trackers Review distributor and eCommerce portals to ensure product listings, pricing and availability are accurate Support and optimize eCommerce sales across our internal B2B site, Faire.com, iHerb.com, Vitacost.com and other platforms Assist with B2B marketing outreach through newsletters and platform-specific promotions Track trade spend, deductions and promotions to ensure efficient use of budget Compile and analyze sales data to support planning and forecasting Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing on trade promotions, merchandising and shopper marketing programs Partner with operations to make sure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Support product launches and seasonal programs across retail, foodservice and digital channels Help with trade show and industry event planning and coordination Experience

4–7 years of experience in CPG sales, account management or broker management Strong understanding of distributor and broker networks like KeHE and UNFI Experience managing retail, foodservice or eCommerce accounts in the natural or specialty space Familiarity with trade promotions, pricing structures and deduction tracking Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable working with data Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities in a lean, fast-moving team Why Us?
