Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach Qualify prospects and set up appointments, passing along qualified leads to Account Managers Build relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy and school communities Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve efficiency Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
