Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach Qualify leads by understanding their needs and interests, setting up appointments for Account Managers Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy and fundraising efforts Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress towards sales goals in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and sales techniques What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, and customer service Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Sales Automation or CRM software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
