Responsibilities

Prospect and actively seek new business opportunities with both new and existing customers

Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Proven track record of overachieving sales quotas, particularly in complex enterprise software sales

Experience engaging C-suite executives using solution selling techniques

Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes and managing full-cycle deals

Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to drive change

Preferred Qualifications

College degree preferred

Deep understanding of AI applications in legal department operations

Experience developing and executing account plans

Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and legal teams
