What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
Sell the employer's suite of products and services, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions
Conduct periodic updates demonstrating qualification, prioritization, and closure of sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, or professional employment organizations
Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering; combination of relevant training and experience in lieu of degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training is preferred
