What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of products and services to targeted business prospects and referral partners
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Report on sales progress and results to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant sales experience, particularly in enterprise sales within the Earned Wage Access space
Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
