What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet financial goals
Sell the employer's suite of Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
Negotiate contracts and close sales while aligning with referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
Proven track record of success in direct selling and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to “C” level executives across various industries, including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
