As a Healthcare IT Sales Specialist, you will be a key individual contributor supporting the commercialization of digital IT offerings such as the Atellica Solution, digital IT platforms, and workflow optimization tools within a regional sales team. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Regional Sales Director. You will drive the strategic integration of digital and IT solutions into clinical laboratories and sell total solutions by leveraging the Atellica product portfolio. You will partner with the Healthcare Consulting team to shape customer roadmaps that create operational and clinical value. You are the champion for Siemens Healthineers’ digital and IT portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the sales lead for the commercialization of the Siemens informatics portfolio. Conduct discovery to align customer needs and drive digital transformation; identify unmet needs and broaden the IT ecosystem during virtual and onsite engagements. Use consultative, value-based sales techniques to demonstrate ROI, operational efficiencies, and clinical/financial outcomes. Build and maintain strategic relationships with CMIO, CTO, CIO and their teams at SVP/VP/Senior Director levels within target healthcare providers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements. Lead development of detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for digital integration initiatives by integrating outputs from technical staff. Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, identifying pain points and aligning them with digital solutions. Lead strategy sessions to define digital transformation goals and map scalable solutions to unmet needs. Partner with Healthcare Consulting to identify optimization opportunities in lab workflows, staffing models, and data management. Drive demand generation for current and future digital products; contribute to proposals and RFP responses with input from sales and technical stakeholders. Present complex solutions to IT, laboratory leadership, and health system executives in a clear, engaging manner. Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth post-sale execution and ongoing customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity, opportunities, and customer feedback. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Diagnostics, Business, or related field. 5+ years in digital healthcare, diagnostic IT, or enterprise software sales with a consultative approach. Experience selling cloud-based SaaS solutions in healthcare. Familiarity with clinical laboratory operations, LIS systems, and automation workflows. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Proven experience developing solution proposals and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital selling tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed. This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. Annual base pay range:

Min $107,200



Max $160,800 . Final offer depends on geography, skills, education, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, disability, paid time off, and more as eligible. Other Information
