Job Description Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business via customer retention and growth. Partners with GM to manage Team Members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. Ability to source parts from various channels including special orders, FDO, second sources, etc. Directs drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Position is full-time.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain commercial customer relationships

Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers

Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives

Support daily supervision of Team Members

Collaborate with GM on coaching and development

Dispatch drivers for delivery standards

Maintain commercial stocking programs

Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

Secondary Responsibilities

Maintain core bank and commercial returns

Manage commercial credit accounts

Partner with GM for driver coverage

Automotive systems knowledge and diagnostic skills

Effective communication in English (Spanish a plus)

Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, catalogs

Complete Parts Knowledge Assessment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong organizational skills

Understanding of commercial profitability concepts

Availability to work days, evenings, weekends

Prior Experience Minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous.

Education & Certifications High school diploma or GED required. ASE certification preferred but not required.

Physical Demands & Work Environment Primarily walking or standing, able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Work mostly indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise is possible.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $21.95 - $24.15. Position eligible for sales commissions. Benefits information available at
