Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Consultant to join our Client's B2B SaaS & Cloud Computing Department.
In this essential Junior position job , you will be the key resource for our Slovak-speaking clients, guiding them through our innovative SaaS and cloud solutions to enhance their business efficiency and growth. Your main responsibilities will include providing expert consultation, addressing client inquiries, facilitating product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively and your commitment to client success will be crucial in helping our clients maximize the value of our services. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Slovak-speaking clients seeking assistance with B2B SaaS and cloud computing Conduct engaging product demos and tailored presentations that meet client needs Support the sales team by fostering relationships and providing insights to close deals Resolve any technical issues clients may encounter promptly and effectively Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Work collaboratively with internal teams to relay client feedback for service enhancements Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud computing Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationships Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS/cloud computing technologies is preferred Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in sales, customer support, or consulting is a plus but not required A genuine interest in technology and eagerness to learn about SaaS and cloud solutions is essential Benefits
