Overview
We’re seeking an HR Generalist with a strong background in recruiting to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll at least 50% of the time sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help build high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting while also supporting broader HR functions. Primary Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communications. Represent the company at career fairs and networking events. Maintain metrics and reporting related to recruiting activity and outcomes. Secondary Responsibilities
Support employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance as needed. Assist with HR related activities such as employee events, employee relations, training/onboarding coordination, and performance management. Qualifications
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (2+ years preferred). Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. HR Generalist experience a plus Culture & Growth

1-3 years experience in a similar role Previous experience in a Human Resources “Generalist” role in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset Previous experience supporting multiple business groups or sites is an asset Experience with ADP Workforce Now, and/or Workday HRIS preferred Level of Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (Industrial Relations), or similar field from an accredited college/university A PHR or SHRM certification preferred
