Role The team is seeking to hire a
Senior Payroll Analyst
to join a collaborative team of five supporting all of North America, who will be responsible for processing payroll, creating payroll reports, reconciling discrepancies, and overseeing payroll compliance.
What You’ll Do
Own the bi-weekly payroll cycle for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Utilize Workday or ADP to manage payroll functions, deductions, and reporting across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
Manage payroll tax compliance — overseeing filings, reconciliations, and coordination with third-party providers.
Conduct payroll audits, resolve discrepancies quickly, and streamline processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with Accounting and Finance to support the month-end close, preparing reconciliations and reports.
Provide excellent employee support on payroll questions, fostering trust and transparency.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation and workflow opportunities.
What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
3+ years of multi-state payroll experience in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Hands-on knowledge of ADP or Workday.
Strong grasp of payroll compliance and tax requirements.
Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
