Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Full Time, Entry Level/Hourly, Software Associate Degree Programmer in various locations. Responsibilities
Support the full life-cycle development of spacecraft flight software solutions to include requirements analysis, object oriented analysis & design, code and unit test, integration, and support to formal test / delivery. Work with experienced engineers creating solutions to enable NASA exploration of deep space and provide support to the U.S. Intelligence Community. Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an Associate Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related discipline. Aspirations to pursue a Bachelor Degree. Must be a US Citizen; position at a facility that requires special access; ability to obtain security clearance. Ability to obtain security clearance. Desired Skills
Ability to work in an agile environment and handle multiple priorities and internal customers. Experience with Python, Matlab, Simulink, R, or equivalent data science toolsets. Familiar with real-time development environments and languages (C, C++). Classroom knowledge of embedded software / hardware, Networks, SQL/NoSQL, Information Security Domain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Security & Clearance
