$210,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr Woodland Hills, CA A premier national labor and employment law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate to join its Woodland Hills office. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of collaborative, high-performing attorneys in a firm that values autonomy, professional growth, and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of employment litigation experience, strong case-handling skills, and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law. Employment Litigation Associate Responsibilities
Manage employment litigation matters, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions (including dispositive motions), and taking and defending depositions
Handle wage and hour cases, including class actions and PAGA claims
Work collaboratively with multiple partners across various matters
Engage with clients and maintain positive working relationships
Stay current on employment law trends and regulatory updates
Employment Litigation Associate Requirements
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
3–6 years of employment litigation experience preferred
Experience handling California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA cases is highly preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Comfortable working in a team-based environment with a proactive, self-starter attitude
Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
