Competitive PTO and work-from-home opportunities after an introductory period The Business Development Manager will identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline with precision. Responsibilities include: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and present customized financial solutions Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability while aligning with company objectives Cross-sell complementary services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience required 5+ years of business development experience preferred Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
