Competitive PTO and work from home opportunities after an introductory period About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented professional to join our Business Development team as Business Development Manager. This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and present customized financial solutions Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability while aligning with company objectives Cross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience required 5+ years of business development experience preferred Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Desire to work in a competitive sales and team environment Experience with high call volume (cold calling) is a plus Financial background is a plus Bilingual skills not required, but a plus Shamrock is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
