Security and Privacy Tenure-line Faculty Positions at The Pennsylvania State University, College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST), State College, PA. Appointments at the assistant or associate professor rank begin in July 2025 at the University Park campus. Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in residential, online, and/or hybrid modes. Conduct interdisciplinary research and supervise/mentor graduate students. Actively pursue external funding to support research activities. Engage in service activities at the college and university levels. Collaborate with faculty across the university and with industry partners. Qualifications

PhD in information science, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field before the start date. For Assistant Professor: strong potential for developing an externally funded, interdisciplinary research program and contribution to teaching mission. For Associate Professor: strong scholarly record, external funding, and demonstrated success in teaching and service. Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
