As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full cycle recruiting across all business units, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and meeting standard recruiting KPIs. This role partners closely with business leaders and serves as a trusted recruiting expert, advising hiring managers, executing best-in-class recruiting strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will own the full cycle recruiting process, from talent sourcing through offer acceptance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for a variety of roles across the organization. Act as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers, offering insights into the talent market, process improvements, and candidate expectations. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates. Drive a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects Kestra’s culture and values. Ensure consistent process execution across all stages of recruitment to meet time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, screens per week, and other recruiting KPIs. Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on recruiting metrics to HR leadership. Review and optimize job descriptions and postings to attract a diverse range of top-tier talent. Provide informal coaching to junior recruiters or HR team members on best practices, if applicable. Support employer branding initiatives and broader HR projects as needed. Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives focused on employer branding, workforce planning, and onboarding. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

Expertise in recruiting best practices, including passive sourcing, candidate engagement, and diversity recruiting strategies. Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and related sourcing platforms. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to build trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates. A results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting standard recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, quality of hire, etc.). Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable recruiting plans. High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and business information. Supervisory Responsibilities:

May mentor or guide team members informally on recruiting best practices. Education and/or Experience:

5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably within financial services; experience with a broker-dealer highly preferred.
