onsite contract to hire
position based in
Durham, NC
. The
Technical Support Engineer II
will provide high-level technical support to executive users, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems through expert troubleshooting and management of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and related technologies.
Responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer II include: Provide in-person technical support to C-suite and staff. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, printers, and peripherals. Address Wi-Fi and basic networking problems (e.g., cable tracing, switch port identification). Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). Administer devices and users via Intune, Azure AD, and SharePoint. Maintain a professional and responsive presence in the office to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications for the Technical Support Engineer II include:
1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles. Comfortable working onsite and face-to-face with executive users. Strong customer service skills with a white-glove mindset. Proficient in Microsoft 365, with working knowledge of Intune, Azure, and SharePoint. Compensation for the Technical Support Engineer II:
Salary Range:
$60,000-$65,000/year Comprehensive Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K
