What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Track key health indicators of programs and projects across the enterprise portfolio

Contribute to the production of portfolio dashboards and health reporting

Manage risks, dependencies, issues, resources, and change requests across the portfolio

Analyze resource demand versus availability to identify bottlenecks and conflicts

Consult with programs and projects to improve delivery health and perform stage gate checks

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience

10+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management

Working experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid SDLCs or frameworks such as SAFE

Proficient in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations

Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry

Related certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)

Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Jira Align, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview

Data analysis skills with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker

Experience with resource management tools such as Smartsheet, Tempus, MS Planner
