Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote

At Cortica, our Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength‑based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. As a BCBA, you will lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), overseeing neurodiversity‑affirming ABA treatment while maintaining a flexible, supportive work environment. Responsibilities

Lead a team of BTs, empowering them to provide lasting impact in children’s lives. Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. Possess uncapped bonus potential based on increasing billable hours. Advance through BCBA levels I–IV, with productivity targets reduced to 22 at levels III and IV to focus on leadership development. Maintain full autonomy over case supervision schedule, designing a schedule that works for you. Benefit from dedicated scheduling, billing, and credentialing support, freeing time for clinical care. Master's degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required. Benefits

Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus):

$93,391 – $116,739 Generous Time Off:

Up to 22 days off in first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. Flexible Hybrid Role:

Up to 50% remote, with telehealth determination based on clinical effectiveness. CEU Stipend:

$2,000 annually. License Reimbursement:
