Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), overseeing neurodiversity‑affirming ABA treatment for children with developmental differences
Billable Hours:
Average 26 billable hours per week with reduced targets during shorter weeks
Bonus Potential:
Uncapped—earn more by increasing billable hours
Career Advancement:
Advance through BCBA levels I‑IV, with reduced productivity targets at higher levels to focus on leadership
Schedule Autonomy:
Full control over supervision timing and location
Administrative Support:
Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, allowing you to focus on clinical care
Qualifications and Requirements
Master’s degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Valid state driver’s license (motor vehicle report required)
