Handle inbound calls from warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation Advise on various small business insurance products, including Business Owner's Policies, Workers Compensation, and more Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to manage complex risks and write profitable business Maintain a customer‑focused approach, delivering tailored insurance solutions and excellent service Effectively manage your desk to ensure timely outcomes for customers What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non‑resident states Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Call center experience valued Competitive nature with a strong desire to succeed Demonstrated time management and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speeds Equal‑Opportunity Employment
