What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Take inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners

Consult on various small business lines coverage including Business Owner's Policy, Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver timely customer outcomes

Maintain a customer-focused approach, tailoring insurance solutions to meet the needs of each business owner

Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

What is Required (Qualifications):

Active commercial Property & Casualty producer’s license required

Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states

Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred

Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

2+ years of call center experience valued

Competitive nature with a strong desire to win

Demonstrated solid time, organizational, and desk management skills

Ability to negotiate and sell difficult messages
