Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-quality product pipeline through partnerships.
Secure early commitment partners for key pipeline assets.
Develop and implement strategies for new product partnerships.
Lead partner selection, negotiations, and contract management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deal success.
Represent the organisation at global partnering events.
What We’re Looking For
Proven deal-making expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong technicaland commercial knowledge of pharma assets.
More than 5 years’ experience in pharma business development, with a track record of success
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
A robust industry network and strategic market insights.
Flexibility to travel and manage teams across regions.
