Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr. Additional earnings: up to $85k+ with commissions.
Description As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult on insurance needs.
Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Maintain accurate records and compliance with licensing requirements.
Assist with paid training and licensing over 16‑18 week period.
Desired Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
