What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new clients
Provide periodic updates on sales performance and strategic alignment with referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience in the fintech industry
Experience selling to "C" level executives in various sectors including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Excellent negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree in a relevant field
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
