What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within assigned markets
Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve financial goals and objectives
Sell the employer's suite of products, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Maintain relationships with strategic referral partners to enhance sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
Proven success in selling to “C” level executives across various industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree in a relevant field
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training programs
