Job Responsibilities
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare financial data for pricing and sales presentations to prospective clients
Sell a suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Demonstrate expertise in a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new clients
Collaborate with strategic referral partners to align sales strategies and close contracts
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
Proven track record of selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
Strong negotiation skills and ability to exceed sales goals and quotas
Excellent communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
