Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new clients Negotiate favorable contracts and ensure alignment with referral partners What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals Proven experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills Relevant degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of relevant training and/or experience How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
