What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a defined geographic area

Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations

Sell the employer's suite of products and services, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions

Develop and maintain relationships with strategic referral partners to enhance sales opportunities

Execute a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry

Proven track record of direct selling success and revenue generation

Experience selling to "C" level executives in various industries, including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations

Excellent negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills

Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Master's Degree

Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
