What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with customers, software engineers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
Participate in the full software development life cycle, engaging in various roles on Agile scrum teams
Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results related to customer impacts
Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing accurate and concise documentation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
Six Sigma certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Clinical License
