Job Summary As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales, profits, and relationships with potential clients. The candidate is expected to focus on selling the complete EMCOR Service operations, maintenance, repair, replacement, and energy solution package.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop sales presentations and prospect for new accounts.

Provide clients with product services/information.

Maintain client pricing and payments; manage A/R.

Handle client correspondence and P/L reports.

Support quality assurance and industry trade show participation.

Establish relationships with prospective clients.

Research prospective projects via phone, visits, conferences, internet, and existing relationships.

Collaborate with the Director of Business Development, Project Managers, and Engineering Supervisors to review and improve account programs.

Analyze and implement solution-based programs to maximize sales growth, volume, and profitability.

Prepare and deliver client presentations.

Develop, write, and review client proposal documents, including financial and technical sections.

Develop sales to defined margin levels to attain market share.

Qualifications

Preferred bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration.

8+ years sales experience in HVAC commercial service and/or building automation.

Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment.

Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.

Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for sales proposals.

Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.

Independent decision-making required.

Computer skills using MS Office required; strong Excel skills required.

Compensation Range $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Other Compensation The position is incentive-eligible.
