What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales with targeted business prospects
Provide periodic updates demonstrating effective sales processes and strategic alignment with referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the fintech industry
Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals and quotas
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Exceptional negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
