Automation Chemistry & Immunoassay Sales Executive Base pay range: $110,416 - $165,624 per year.

Location: Albuquerque, NM.

Position Summary: The Automation Chemistry & Immunoassay Sales Executive is a field-based commercial leader responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Siemens Healthineers’ footprint in laboratory diagnostics.

Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the territory.

Strategic Sales Execution: Lead and coordinate sales campaigns.

Workflow Consultation: Conduct workflow analyses and “day in the lab” assessments.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Record sales activities, pipeline development, and forecasting.

Team Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams.

Compliance & Ethics: Uphold ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related discipline (MBA or equivalent strongly preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales environments (capital equipment, medical devices, diagnostics).

Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling.

Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including chemistry and immunoassay workflows.

Experience with strategic sales methodologies (Miller Heiman).

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.

Vendor Credentialing and Safety Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites, meeting vendor credentialing requirements (valid ID, background check, drug screening, immunizations, TB testing, health training). Harsh safety policy applies.
