Responsibilities

Advancing product access and reimbursement for patients through approved education and support services, including educational in-service, patient pull-through support activities, and support of denied claims.

Supporting appropriate patient access and reimbursement education to HCPs, HCP Staff, and patient support team by using approved messaging, tools, and patient support services and financial assistance programs.

Providing information to HCPs, staff, and approved matrix partners on how the product is covered under the pharmacy or medical benefit design.

Coordinating with the Approved Partner concerning individual patient cases, including patient access, coverage assistance, enrollment, etc.

Analyzing reimbursement and access issues and acting as the local access and reimbursement resource for field sales and regional management as permitted by policy.

Operating within approved rules of engagement, privacy, and compliance business rules.

Qualifications

7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience.

3+ years of experience in patient journey navigation, reimbursement or patient support services.

Preferred experience in Movement Disorder and/or Rare Disease as well as product launch experience.

Ability to solve access issues related to both specialty pharmacy and medical benefit products.

Must live within territory or within territory boundaries and able to travel 50%.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $165,000-175,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
