$80,000 – $85,000 + Bonus

Your Role With the Company The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
Lead, coach, and inspire front of house team to maintain high service standards
Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams
Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage, and payroll compliance to meet labor cost targets
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance with local and state codes
Handle guest feedback with professionalism, resolving complaints and ensuring repeat patronage
Analyze performance metrics such as sales reports, labor percentages, and customer satisfaction data to improve efficiency and profitability
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the restaurant’s brand values
Background Profile
3+ years of experience as an AGM with a $8M+ upscale or fine dining restaurant
Must be an independent worker and possess proven management skills
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate, energetic, detail oriented, and a passion for hospitality
Must be quick to learn, flexible, and comfortable adapting in a fast-changing environment
Able to pivot swiftly and embrace new challenges with a learning mindset
