We’re seeking an experienced

General Manager

to lead our fine dining restaurant, where impeccable service, world-class cuisine, and attention to detail define every guest experience.

About the Role As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations—driving service standards, profitability, and team excellence.

You’ll work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for exceptional quality and consistency while fostering a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the management and service teams to deliver flawless guest experiences at every service.

Oversee daily operations for both front and back of house, maintaining seamless coordination and communication.

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L accountability.

Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, from guest interaction to plate presentation.

Recruit, train, and develop top-tier talent while cultivating a motivated, high-performing team culture.

Partner with the Executive Chef and Beverage Director to ensure menu execution and product quality meet fine dining standards.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Create an atmosphere that embodies hospitality excellence and encourages guest loyalty.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Director of Operations in a high-volume fine dining environment.

Proven ability to lead teams of 50+ in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Strong financial acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Deep understanding of wine, spirits, and fine dining service standards.

Passion for exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and continuous improvement.
