At Parts Town, our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists (internally known as Senior Talent Sourcers) are passionate about building world-class teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You will take ownership of the high-volume, full-cycle recruitment process across multiple states, managing everything from job description development, geographic market research, candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, coordinating interviews, to extending job offers. Your creativity in sourcing candidates will shine, and you will thrive on presenting strategic hiring solutions and data to the managers you support. A Typical Day

Partner with a fun and passionate talent acquisition team to ensure the best candidate experience in every interaction. Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment including market research, job description development, candidate sourcing, phone interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers. Leverage ATS to review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates. Develop innovative sourcing strategies for all business units and levels of roles, using job boards, universities, social media, and employee referrals. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate characteristics and regularly assess recruitment strategies. Guide internal and external candidates through the recruitment process with efficiency, professionalism and clear communication. Support new hire onboarding with the onsite HR team to create an exceptional new hire experience. To Land This Opportunity

Recruitment expertise with 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience, managing end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across diverse functions. Spot top talent in technical and eCommerce spaces, speaking their language and getting them excited about building. Use data and analytics to make informed hiring decisions and strengthen partnerships with hiring managers. Build robust candidate pipelines using creative sourcing techniques such as job fairs, new talent pools and various channels. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and requisitions seamlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent attention to detail and real-time communication with stakeholders. Strong collaborator, can-do attitude, and exceptional English communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. About Your Future Team

Parts Town values transparency and is committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. The salary range for this role is $32.82-$43.91 hourly. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, an annual bonus depending on the role.
