What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Maintain accountability for closing contracts and achieving revenue goals
Develop and execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Exceptional negotiation, networking, and communication skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
Experience in the fintech industry
