Responsibilities
Supervise staff so that employees effectively perform assigned job duties and achieve program objectives.
Administer fiscal resources of the MSOCS home ensuring prudent expenditure in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop, implement, and evaluate a residential services program so that individuals’ needs are met and they are integrated into the community.
Provide direct care services to residential individuals to ensure program compliance.
Implement administrative duties so that individuals receive necessary services in a safe, healthy, and attractive residential environment.
Develop positive relationships with the local community.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., Supervisor, lead worker, team lead, project lead; Completion of Minnesota Leadership Program; 1 year as an ERG Chair or Co‑Chair).
Two (2) years of experience in a therapeutic, residential, or corrective environment providing counseling and rehabilitative care, including administering, developing, evaluating client care programs and facilitating program coordination among individuals, families, case managers, community members, and care team.
Qualification to serve as a Designated Coordinator per MN Statute 245D.081 (subdivisions 2 and 3).
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work rotating or irregular hours including weekends, holidays, and travel for training, meetings, and client appointments.
Strong critical‑think, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to interpret financial statements and manage budgets.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a program providing direct or vocational services to individuals with disabilities or who are at least 65 years old.
Multi‑site supervisory or management experience.
Understanding of behavior analysis and mental illness diagnoses.
