What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify and prioritize global sales opportunities
Educate Sales and Marketing teams on service capabilities and development
Manage sales pipelines and provide updates on revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, clinical trials, or logistics
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in financial analysis and report preparation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality presentations and reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
Familiarity with clinical trial operations, healthcare services, or 3PL operations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
