Join the Human Resources Generalist role at InnovaFlex® Foundry.
Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Generalist to join us in Colorado Springs, CO. This onsite position supports key HR functions including recruitment, analytics, performance management, compensation, compliance, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be data‑driven, detail‑oriented, and passionate about supporting teammates and organizational success.
InnovaFlex is a nontraditional‑semiconductor designer and manufacturer that creates a variety of electronics on both glass and flexible substrates. We are the largest amorphous silicon semiconductor manufacturer outside of Asia and supply solutions for military, medical, industrial, and security imaging businesses.
Major Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
Support annual performance review and compensation processes, including salary survey participation.
Coordinate and track HR and compliance trainings.
Prepare and maintain HR analytics reports and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Provide secondary support for benefits administration, including leaves, health insurance inquiries, verification of employment and workers’ compensation claims.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Advanced level working experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of HR compliance and confidentiality requirements.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
Certification:
aPHR or PHR or SPHR or SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Annualized Wage: *$65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
Annual Target Bonus: 15% (eligible for program in 2026).
