Collaborate with site leadership and HR partners to develop recruiting strategies Build a candidate sourcing pipeline for non-exempt roles through various channels Conduct resume reviews, interviews, and manage the hiring process for both exempt and non-exempt positions Lead on-boarding activities for new hires and facilitate orientation sessions Monitor and achieve metrics related to time to fill, new hire retention, and leader satisfaction What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of two years of high-volume recruiting experience Strong computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably ICIMS Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining confidentiality Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
