Job Responsibilities
Manage updates to the applicant tracking system and distribute weekly reports
Coordinate hiring events and schedule interviews for candidates
Prepare offer letters and assist with basic candidate sourcing
Support special program recruiting initiatives (ED&I, Veteran, Intern/COOP)
Perform other administrative duties to support recruiting and HR functions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields (experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
2-5 years of applicable experience
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in talent acquisition as a coordinator, or a strong desire to learn
Experience in federal recruitment
