Rate: $19 to $23.50/hr. (depending on experience) Harris Hill Nursing Facility is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused

Staffing Coordinator

to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our scheduling operations—ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care by keeping nursing staff coverage strong and efficient.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate daily and weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all nursing units.

Monitor call-offs, arrange coverage, and communicate updates with supervisors and team members.

Track and manage time-off requests, shift swaps, and attendance records.

Collaborate closely with HR and nursing leadership to support staffing needs and retention goals.

Maintain compliance with state and facility staffing requirements.

Build strong relationships with staff by being approachable, fair, and solution focused.

What We’re Looking For

Prior scheduling, staffing, or healthcare office experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (experience with UKG/other healthcare systems a plus).

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for supporting frontline caregivers.
