Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption
Monitor user data to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience
Actively participate in agile development teams and support agile transformation
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading large-scale system implementations or system conversions
Strong communication skills and ability to inspire senior leadership
Experience supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, Policy Administration systems, Broker Management, or Data and Analytics
Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
