Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and requirements for success Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives Oversee the development of training materials to support product adoption Monitor user data to identify opportunities for improved user experience Actively participate in agile development teams and support division’s agile transformation
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodology, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions Background in supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, or Policy Administration systems
