Engage with government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance as a trusted advisor
Create success plans with government personnel to ensure value delivery from legal AI solutions
Collaborate with clients to design tailored workflows and use cases for legal AI solutions
Partner with customers to drive adoption and ensure appropriate training for users
Lead executive business reviews and capture value delivered from legal AI solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience in legal technology, particularly with state and local courts or government customers
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a related role within legal tech consulting organizations or SaaS firms
Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms and a willingness to stay informed about advancements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships
Customer‑centric mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes and ensuring satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to enhance the customer journey
Curiosity about technology and AI developments within the legal industry
